When a  company has  no earnings  you  can’t  talk of  PE.   Your measure  is  EV vs  EBIDTA. If  you’ve  $9 million cash and  260 mil shares  that’s  3.5 cents  EV  before  much else.  You can just  buy  it  at  .027  and pocket the .008. = 33% and  await  ANY earnngs .

…we were told a while ago that some further exploratory drilling had been done at sta. elena by our own people….and that core samples had been sent out for analysis and assay. then….nada….no further word. do you have any sense of what’s going on with this?…or whether pt has gotten those results….or what they revealed? just seems enough time has gone by at this point for those results to have come in…and when they are not forthcoming from the company, it opens the door to wonder if perhaps they were not what the company had hoped. with so much riding on “grade” at this point for any deal to be worthwhile to a prospective partner, it’s an important line of questioning. any thoughts on the matter?

Nearby N Buena/  La Herradura of note producing.   Is an easy 50 min drive  from US border at  Lukeville/Sonotya    about  3  hrs SW from PHX by Ajo AZ old copper  boom town. Mexico 2 is a  super 2  lane being  expanded  to  4  in places…  sometime.  No visa  need  just  drive  on  past   zig  zag  waved by   ho hum guard at  stop 20 KM S of  border. You’ve past  the  exam at  fence already  and unless  going  far inland  no more need . At  times  Federales  have  check point  you do appreciate and  trucks  of  soldiers  as  well driving  along. Other  than 3 trailer  long  semis  going  3  abreast   to Mexacali with produce at  85 mph  just  no problems.  No radar,  drive  smart  and  85  as  well.  Gate  is  at  257KM marker R just off  right  of  way. I mentioned  to  him back a  week or  so that  the 10Q says  Atzek bought out  Mexus  50% of  the  JV  not  a  JV with Silver Pursuit Resources. Seemed  surprised but  my assume is  the  legal writing  the  doc.  is  correct  and  both enterprises  are  so connected  to be  true  and  not a typo.   At present SPF-V is .05C, .044$. Means  the 1,666,000 shares  taken are  $73,304.  Still to pay is  2nd  $100K cash  In July. and  all $4 million  owed by March 24, 105 days  away or  it  reverts to our  50%. I’ve   no idea what  they’ve been doing at  San Felix but  is  rather  rich  to just be sitting  around and  we’re told  they’re pleased. So even without a  new  JV with the Major,  that  $4.1 mil would  allow proceeding  alone  by  end   of March  for much  that’s needed  there. .  Damn good   seat  position  at  the Rancho  card  table.  OR would allow Mexus  to take on  another project  more  ready  than  Ures  clams we   now own all rights  for $50K one  time  payment 5 years after  July  ’09 agreement and  no production.

Was  that 40% royalty   contract that began Mexus  99% ownership of  Mexus Mexico based in  Hermosillio/Ures   as  way  of  history;  then shelved  after  taking  on  the  family  property  in  early  ’11.

But  may still be  talking  of  an operator  there ( very doubtful given status as  future  project,  ready  cash  to develop) .   Should know   soon what  the Mexus alone   PR means .  About all I can extrapolate  this AM.

Noche  Buena  was  purchased  from Seabridge  and opened  as  an open pit  in ’12. Here’s  historic  drill grades.  Should be  a lot more info now is  producing. I’ve  seen some  in   Fresnillo financials but this  was  easy to find.

“The Noche Buena project is located in northwestern Sonora State, about 55 km from the city of Caborca and within the geological terrain that is host to several large gold deposits, including the La Herradura and Mesquite Mines. Seabridge Gold purchased the property in April of 2006 and completed a NI 43-101 compliant technical report (news release dated April 28, 2006) that confirmed a resource (at a cut off grade of 0.30 grams of gold per tonne) of 21.9 million tonnes of indicated resources grading 0.81 grams of gold per tonne (569,000 ounces)”

Checking  our  Mexico Properties  site  just  the  6 vein portion BELOW open Julio 2  shaft ( .5  to 5.5  oz/ton)  contains  4 million tons  graded   2.5 g. or  1/3 million oz.  Veins  run  way above  the  shaft  as well to the  hill top and  shear  zone  and  quartz  zone  are  all separate  areas  below  the  veins. Old   2006 stuff   down there on  other  side  of  hills   but the  reason  it  was opened  up and  not  even in our  class with  still limited  drills.  8
