Surface scratching

Early  days  doing   exploration  PT’d  follow the  veins   uphill by  going  from old work pit  to pit and select  surface  rocks  random, take  them back to the  placer site  and  crush them. Then he’d  pan out  gold confirming decent grades  anywhere near   a  surface  vein. Lots   of  samples comes  up with the .45 to 5.5 oz levels  to mill   vein ore  with highest  grade  from  the  hoist  shaft . Core  drills  confirmed  it  goes  deep but  turned up silver  content  not  seen at surface or  even much mined by  family for  added  value. Reason  being   silver  corrodes  and erodes and  gold  doesn’t.  Below  surface  it  hangs in   and  impure  form even more. Same  reason there are no silver nuggets  in  placer washes from near surface  stock zone.  More  recent  drilled out  shear  zone will no doubt  contain silver  as  well as  gold.   Long  as  is  there  you  take it  out as value worth the  extra  effort  to refine.   Best  is  very  low  sulfides and   next  to no base metals so working  with near  pure  free  gold stuff  to mill  and  oxidized silver, fine  gold  for  cyanide  release.

Next lighter heavy metals  are  magnetite and  hematite  which are  Iron oxides separated  by  some  magnet in process.  Panning placer  gives  black sand containing  the fine gold, a  simple  magnet picks  up all there. Rare  earth magnets  can do those and  slight  iron oxide  film can coat  gold  so various   slight  acids  remove  that. Vinegar  works but  usually  dilute  sulfuric acid .  Very fine  gold  actually floats  due  to surface  tension.  You can use  an electromagnet  as a  filter  of  built  up black sand  whiskers  to catch it  and  simply  turn it off  so the  iron floats  on  away leaving  the  very  fine  gold settled. But probably  now  will not use  a placer  process  for economy  of  scale.  Some  form of  large  gold  capture  may be  factored  in the  crush and  grind for  the  heap.  Not  sure how that would  work getting  to pebble  or  small rock size .  Milling  all gets down to a  slurry   for  table  recovery  anyway .

One swollow

don’t  make  a  summer   nor one  fine  day! But  few   more up 50%  and can even  afford  to be  me!! I recall old  nemesis Freddy  Dupont from  early  2003 GSPG.  Last AKA “Zootsuit”.  Loved  to  joust  with HMS GW Lout  while I’d  both on  ignore . Freddy  also felt Lout  the  dullest, mos’   unoriginal thots in mine  invest  history.  Last genesis  was  as “The Fish People “talking among selves  for  a  chat.  Time   GORO was  set  to explode  and had  seen GSPG and  USGL  go  parabolic  and  one  said “What  if  he’s  right the  3rd time?”  All went  zippo with the  Freddy  4 years  so back but   just before  Mexus. Zoot  LOVED Minera Andes much as hated  USGL THEN Rob merged and  I believe it  killed  Freddo! HMS Great White  Lout? Will be  Freddo’s  4th ballistic and  yo doom?

Call it   tip of  the lance as  you  silently  leave  us  in a cavern and   canyon light  like a  fairy   blowing bubbles  soft and  fine, Begone, dull care ! 8

Yes Virginia  there  ARE stupid  questions. Why  is  he  giving  away ownership if  so valuable?  Losing  ownership % by  issuing  shares is  NOT dumping  9 million shares. ANY transaction  of  his own needs  a 4  filed  as  10% owner and  we  see ALL 3,  29 mil acquired  last 2  small disposed.  What  the plan is  I have NO IDEA other  than what  I say  and THAT allows  me  to do anything  I wish  clear of  SEC probes as  he  well knows.  We’re  getting as much as he  cares to share  and  if  you  check the officers? Mexus  US has  one for all   and  all for one .  What he  says tends to satisfy me  but then I’ve  been there near day one and  I’ve  told   the  feel of  pure  gold  running  across  your  hand from  a really small placer operation’s VERY persuasive as was  locating  a  few on our own and  none  allowed  to waste  the time  in  3  years now. Usually the  people get  see a  bit  of  Julio 2  shaft  face  free gold get the  picture too. Many  say it  feels  like  I’ll grab  a  pick and  go help, precisely  what is  not a need.  WE KNOW the need very  plainly. Strategic  partner  with ready  cash  to buy in. May  well  NOT be  Fresnillo but  the  timing’s  correct and  “largest” comes  pretty  damn   close  to own opine. Quicker  is better  but  all should see NOW is  not possible though  alone with more time  it  is. I can take  either but  I know  what’s  there  as  does Paul.
It’s  the  way ALL public  shares  are  structured  not  just  his. He’s simply  done  what  is  needed  as  it  comes.  Issue shares  for  cash and  they  come  from  the  founders  who usually own ALL from the  start  and  up to the limit  incorporation  allowed, so for  certain not  even close  with inclusion Preferred  he alone  owns. AND I know  for  sure even bright people  do stupid  things and  YOU now  assure us  Paul is  one .  Stupid  statements from uninformed  are  easy  corrected  and  I try my  best  and  make my  own for  others  to correct. Stupid  people  I can’t  much  do much  about   but  I easily  see  stupidity spreds out  from them  like  thin mud.
“don….confusing? perhaps to you given your knowledge of pt, his strategy, the property and your years of playing this kind of “long-shot” game. I have continually said there is much i don’t know about some of the crucial specifics of mexus’ situation. and honestly, while it may be crystal clear to you, i don’t, for example, follow what you wrote below. appreciate if pt has been “giving away” ownership over the years, but this is how HE structured things…and he clearly didn’t expect nor adequately plan for all the obstacles that have come up…imo.

Re being “confused”…in certain ways (but not all), i heartily agree…and i can assure you so is much of the shareholder base.  i am far from alone in wanting clearer, more thorough info… and in being sometimes very disheartened by some of pt’s decisions, character analysis and judgement (the entire episode w/ken for example). many in this group are FAR from the “stupidity” you claim. Inadequately informed?…perhaps. Stupid? Honestly think you should rethink that one. plus, it only engenders just the kind of negativity you now say should be avoided…”

OK you  asked  for  it!
Beautiful T’giving ’68 back from  6MO TDY   Itazuke  AB Japan Pueblo Response on  Hiway 1 below  Big  Sur  to San Luis  O.  Top stowed .Waved  hello to a  CHIP and   ticketed  for  crossing white line. Left soft  window  ’68  with  bro in law as flew for  step dads  funeral in  Salinas  Aug ’72 and  he  was racing  a  girl in  Brussles NATO HQ and  got  hit  in  left  rear. Barely  broke  in with 25K as  had  left  at  home in  ’69 with my   ’55 Speedster  back to Germany. Then  had it  sent over when  German’s wouldn’t  allow me  to license daily  use  as  OLD VEHICLE.  USAA said Targa had  frame  damage and  totaled it. Had  the  ’63  sent  over  and  is under 3rd  rebuild.    Got it  as  2nd  Lt   getting  wings  soon in  Waco May ’63 and  making  1st Lt  Sept  fror $4200 near  year’s pay. Ate  beans  4 months but  worth it last  51  Years. With all 3  in ’68  Sumter SC training  crews  at  Shaw  AFB, my CO asked me if  I came  from money.  I just  said no, I’m single.
So good  choice; usually  OK to take  what  you  can get  at  right  $ but 78’s  mid  years last  911 ’74- ’83; Peppy  torquey   pre  964 began loading  nice  things  on.   Dorly 69-74 was selling sports cars  to GIs just  off Bitburg  AB gate. I’d  take  them to S’s hill  rd above  Philippscheim and   demo  then they drive  back.  Advice  was  take a  big  comfy  family  car over  and  leave it here  with  .25  Esso US Gas coupons  so   a  911 T  coupe  was  something. Her  boss  in  Holland   had  taken  on a  shipment  of  T’s   gone bad  at  the  dock  and  was  selling  then for  same  $4200 .in  ’71  as my  ’63 356.  Sold  a  bunch  and  when we  were home in  summer  ’72 wandered in  Wester  Mts  Monterey and mentioned  she’d  sold  11  so far  that year  their  jaws  dropped. More  than their  year’s  allowance at  about  1/2 cost. with no tax.  Had  to export  in  6 months tourist plates   so  we’d  drive  to Lux 30 min  away and  change to to $3 GI plates and  be tax free.  Aw youth!  Excess 3Ltr  BMW bodies  were fitted  as  the nice, non LUXUS Bavaria which became  the   mid  70;s  follow on  to the  late  60’s   2001-2002  4  cyl USA rage. Great  family car. Would  stop at  134 MPH on  A Bahn with the  auto  for her never  learned  shift. 4  speed’d  get  to 135. rev  limited. Became  wasted  on  US 55 mph even across  Texas  open spaces.  Over years settled
on  her a Realtor’s  Cad  STS’s in  90’s , Hers  ’11 now  I get  the  ’07. with  80K  but   got a  cute  red  6  cyl  ’08 Eclipse Spyder  convert nice  wx  car right  now  reminds me  of  Speedster  with  comfort.  auto, radio, heated  seats.power  top.  Hit  the gas  and  hold it  in line  from the  trorque to  left . Recall reaching back and  raising   little  cowl top on  the  ’55 Porsche  one handed  in  a  tropics  down pour. Memories,  corner  of  my mind. Don

I drove a “burnt orange” ’68 911S Targa soft-back window from 1974-1987.  Original owner brought it over from Germany :  as you may know, ’68 was the one year the 911S was not exported to the States, so it was very rare here.  Sold it to a kid who drove down from Sacramento to meet me at a BART station where he took the car and I his $2,500.  Had I known then that today the asking prices were to top $100k…

Was  delivery  delayed  fix as horrible 911L  air  pump  made  it  damn lean backfire but   new CA emissions rqt met  that  year .  Switch to  early   transistor electronic ignition was  a help.  Cleaner  Platinum  plugs came in  then too.  Worst? I brought the  Bitburg AB  Goon home   in  ’69 Sept  and  drove  all over  30 days  and   few  days  prior  to going  back  horrible   sound of  road  chains  clanging. Hydraulic  rt  chain  tensioner  failed at  20K miles. Finally found  a  local guy knew  how and  over  stayed  4  days  until he’d  started  with my  $1500 check and   step dad  drove  it  home  later. Was in  our  garage when  Dorly and  I  came  home  to marry  in  May  ’71. Fired  it  up and  took her  to Castroville   Sat  PM fresh AChokes  $1  a  doz and   CHP ticketed  for  expired  plates!  Got  them Monday and  Tue May 25, her  birthday! drove  to Carson City  for  $20 20 min  JP marriage. Folks  came along  eventually  in  65  Falcon Cpe I bought Sept  67 to get  to S Carolina  and  my  Porsches   and  all  went  to Tahoe  Top Of  the  Wheel Polynesian Harvey’s  Resort . Had the Mai Tai mugs  for  year as planters. I knew  I’d a  winner when she  saw  BIG BERTHA  slow  rolling  giant  slot wheel and  eyes  grew  big.

“here are multiple exploration targets on the Caborca Project. The two most important are the quartz stockwork zone and the Julio vein system. The first target will be the quartz stockwork zone.area. A detailed drilling program will be scheduled to test the Julio vein system.”

If  you  get  a good  sat map  is  not  hard to see  a lower  peak to S and  higher  to N with the  white  quartz vein works  atop. Rest  of  area  fairly  level  there  abouts at   257 KM marker  which is  from Santa Anna  West. Rough 45  KM NW of Caborca.    Julio Vein runs  from   the  rise  above  desert  which is  the  stock zone  alluvial  all the  way to that peak perhaps  max 3-4 Ks and  4  is 2.5 miles. Call that just  2K or  1.25 miles  length and  rest  are  shorter  BUT go  undeground  earlier   and  family’d  go down  far  as  human  back labor  allowed mining  high grade quartz pockets angled  under   big  rocks  to the   uphill left. Julio 2 shaft with the  hoist  now was  60 so feet  deep as  they went  near  straight  down and  Ken mined the   level tunnel following   face  vein for  his  stake early 2000’s. London  Exchange Fresnillo  has  leased near ALL the  area  ranch land. It could NEVER  take  either Julio Elena  or next  door  who held  out  for  a  real evaluation  seems  to now  be underway. “On January 5, 2011, Mexus Gold Mining S.A. de C.V. entered into a Purchase Agreement to purchase the Caborca Project. The Caborca Project consists of 7,400 acres (3,000 hectares) about 50 kilometers northwest of the City of Caborca, Sonora State, Mexico. The Caborca Project lies on claims filed by the owners of the Santa Elena Ranch, which controls the surface rights over the project claims. The claims lie near 112 o 25′ W, 31 o 7.5″ N. These claims were visited near the end of January, 2011. On or about July 11, 2011, we acquired five additional claims surrounding the Caborca Project consisting of approximately 1,000 additional acres.”

Shall we  dance?  The  actual difference  from over beyond the  mountain  to  their  flat desert???  Multiple  white  quartz  surface veins running  UPHILL into  depths probably  to THEIR side  of  the  range . Other  than that? They got a nice  level spot  for  Mexican Hat  Dances.  We’ll perhaps  party there  too.

Whatever, whomever,  it’s  a major able  to do what  we need  to blast  drill and  produce  and  dump the  LOUTSH demander’s placer oz   in  the  trash bin of  history  along  with them. Progress on all fronts!

True  we’re  not  vital to much of  all except long  as  I’m  able  to least  read  will be  trying  my best  to educate  in VERY basics.

SO HERE’s  the  stupidity I stated… BUT is  9 million drop  from ownership into 90 million issued… ONE FUCKING 10th  of  increase  and  ALL the  funding  we  ever got since the  29 mil assumed.   He ‘s been giving  away ownership (once  99.99999% ) constantly to keep going. I feel you  are  as confused  and  as confusing  as  near  any.  And  I’VE been told  not  to expect   any  more  than open door if  I visit on my  own, Better hey,  than  GRC  we  don’t  want  you in Oaxaca March 2010!. The  few  working hard  do NOT need  our  presence, just  support. Paul will welcome  open arms  once  we’re back running.  We’d be  a  distraction.  Best  you  said? NEW IS GOOD if  correct. 8

“glad to know you and your wife are on the mend…
re your assessment of mexus chances for eventual success and low current pps: mostly agreed that while we may slip lower during this 4-week waiting period with no news, current pps seems pretty crazy low assuming the property is as good as pt, you and initial geology point to. would be totally happy, btw, for mexus to retain majority but will also be happy to see more experienced hands take over actual mining ops…

re the form 4 thing (and yes, i did also read your blog entry entitled “gigo”, which i assume was addressing the issue of PT’s apparent declining ownership i brought up yesterday…didn’t quite follow all of it). what i was addressing was not sale of $9k worth of stock but the box on the right side labeled “shares beneficially owned”, which had dropped from 72M to 63M…not a % but a hard number of common shares owned…a sizable drop from earlier SEC docs. Yes I realize PT and family also own stock under other names, and I admittedly don’t follow all this closely. Was just remarking (and wondering) about the ownership drop as shown by SEC record. Yes…perhaps much was sold then rebought by PT himself or others in the form of recent new PP’s….but without any further info provided, don’t think it was unreasonable to wonder about 13% drop in ownership by company CEO. In any case…not “stupid” to ask the question. No need to debate this issue further at this point…

Re mine visit issue: you say “why now”? well it isn’t just now….several have been asking since about March 2014….about 8 months…just so you know. Company has continually basically said “not a good time” with each request…their prerogative of course, but that’s on them, NOT on those making the request!

all for now…will just say i hope things are as far along as you seem to think with this jv partner…and that their dd strengthens the case for a deal. agree that if this deal works, it’ll be an entirely new — and better — ball game for mexus and all shareholders.

GIGO

Not  going  to edit  but  what’s stated  is  stupid stuff.  I mentioned  latest  SEC 4 for  sale  of  $9025, I5  Oct.  There’ve been  exactly  THREE 4s  since  Action  Fashions  became  Mexus,  The  first  in May  2013  was  to ACQUIRE 29,507,473 @ .10.  Earlier  in  the   medical and funeral time this  May he  sold 546,510  @ .06 for  $37,490.  FOUR entire  years, $41, 815  is  no bail out. That’s  postage or  a  few  Cessna  fill ups! Where  could  the idea  even arise?  RAGING BULL anyone?  His  owned %  decreases  greatly  as issues  climb and is  double  entry  bookkeeping 1st chapter lesson one.   His  3 year  9 mil decrease is  with 90 mil added shares or  Founders 10% added  to treasury  for  sale How  in  Hell do you  think we’re in  ANY position  to negotiate otherwise except  his  sacrifice  for all?   Be  assured  both he  and I expect it  back in aces!!!  I’ll even spring for  the  whole spit roasted   ox at the JV Fiesta !!!! 8

IAW John Kaiser? Mexus fits

Not on  TSX or  Venture but ” You may find a few companies among them with interesting stories that are worth salvaging”. No large  salaries  and  SERIOUS exploration. I’m for  sure not ” sitting on  dry powder  but looking  for  a  substantial reward”!  Very  difficult  to gain entry into “Official Golddom” where  you’re  accepted  in the club  as an equal.  Mexus is  “Nose of  the  camel”  poke and probe and  just  a  sliver  of light? Camel’s in  the  tent and never  gets out! Our  zombies  sit on  the  side  and giggle whilst  the  camel works Its  nose off.  8

TMR: We’ve talked before about the fact that during this downturn, a lot of companies were going to either disappear or be reduced to walking dead on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. Is one of the bright spots of the market today that it’s easier to tell the good companies from the bad?

JK: Yes and no. Just under 600 companies out of 1,700 have more than $500,000 working capital and aren’t in the big mining company league. Some 300 have between $0 and $500,000 working capital, and about 700 have negative working capital of about $2B. The negative working capital ones are pretty much dead in the water because no one wants to give them real money to replace money that’s already been spent. You may find a few companies among them with interesting stories that are worth salvaging. But most of the indebted companies are going to wither away and disappear.

That leaves about 900 companies with potential to survive. Among those, I gravitate toward the ones that have real management teams—technical personnel who know something about exploration—and projects with a story indicating that the brains of management are actually at work and that they are not just going through the motions of pretending to explore. Some companies are sitting on piles of money where management is collecting big salaries but because they have large shareholders who are treating the company simply as a keg of dry power for extremely bad times, they do not have the go-ahead to do anything along the lines of serious exploration that would risk the capital but also put the company in a position to deliver a substantial reward. One also has to be careful about those companies because they represent opportunity cost.

But, in general, it is now easier to see companies that are doing something and distinguish those from the rest because the inability to finance and the poor financial condition of most of the resource juniors make it very clear that they have nothing and are doing nothing. There is no reason to invest even a penny in such zombie companies.

Amazed  he  maintains  many  as he  has  but is  the one  person knows  the  full value and  is  not  giving  away his  or  ours.   If  MXSG is  the  share  symbol? Cash goes  to Mexus  not  PT.  Best I know  he  gets  expenses and  is  tight  as Scrouge’s  buttoned  back pocket . Knows  to wait  for  his  as  I try  damn hard to do mine. Bills are bills  however but  I can’t  recall selling any at all last  3 -4  months . Some  back when was   around  4 cents  to take  more  3 centers  and  now simply  taking on nearer one. I usually don’t  edit  much mail on  blog but  print  it out  and  answer. But  most  time is  comments  there  anyway. Not  a  Mexus blog no more  than  Gold  Resources  was  GRC alone. Meantime  only  thing  of  importance .is  to maintain  until  decision comes and  I believe  will be  like magic the  speed  things come  to pass. Current  bunch’d not  even be  beyond  fence offering  to take  on 55%. What  do you  think last  6 months have  been spent  doing? Gamble  or  no? Bet’s  down long  since and  impossible  lose  more  than I’m in so pretty  confident  was  correct  since  Feb ’12. Sure no  coin toss, I’d  say  I’ve   3  Aces in  5  card  draw . Right  property, right  number of  shares  and  great  PPS gotten  a lot  better due  stupid  owners. Next  2  cards are  in the draw and  I’m playing these 3.  16 to 1  I get  another pair  for  full house  and   24 to 1  the  4th ace.   All in and  probably  win with trips but  any  better with a  can’t lose  partner? Good  to go. It IS a game and   we  only  play if  it’s  fun or  not  at  all. There’s the  Lout’s  Enigma .
Of late  he  does  NOT announce  trips to meet   shareholders. Time  better  spent in  dealings  for  half year and  even SEC get  together  was  at  CA office . Between Jan ’11  and  this  year  invite was  wide  open and meet at the gate.  Sounds  like  3  years  running open invite   to me.  Why now?  I saw  him become  close mouthed  after we managed  to get  Ken in  jail for  good  then began to learn of  the  Drug  Lords and  criminals he  was  elbowing   with at   card  tables   behind the  chain links. I’d  even note  the  enemies we  seem to  find  on our   friendly  round  table  RB of  the  wobbly  legs  and  splintery  surface. “I hate  him” seems the  ante-up but  cowards  aren’t  to be  feared.  We  know  them by  NOT knowing  who they are.  Have  to actually DO SOMETHING to be  dangerous and  have  all the  fatality of  a  stinky  fart.  Fresh air’s a  cure.
Oh yeah  Federales faked  Ken into  jail  on a  couch  in  Mexus   Caborca Office set up by  Atzek legal team.  And  I was  some of  the  bait. Fat  Cat  Rico Texan investor twice.  I’m not  anxious  to be  around  the  jerk either. Local Lout’s I think I can handle at  decrepit  77  disabled but  we never  seem to meet.  Perhaps I should try  Motel 6 , Homer AK?    8

re mexus: we are certainly at an interesting juncture. on the face of things, it’d seem to make a lot of sense for all concerned for us to do a deal with fresnillo, if in fact they are the potential jv partner. i guess it now depends on a) the projected “richness” of our assets and, assuming that checks out, b) whether pt and frez can reach a deal both are satisfied with. i know you are already convinced re the 1st point and i guess frez’s dd will soon corroborate that…or not. Re the 2nd point, however: pt must recognize that this is likely his last best chance — at least for the immediate future — at finding a synergistic partner with the wherewithal to do a good deal and get the property into production in a “reasonable” time frame (which could still be 2 years out by the time all is said and done). Wondering if you think paul is ready to forgo his insistence on being the majority partner in this case….and whether YOU think perhaps he should. Just hard to see why Frez wouldn’t want control. I’m not in on this poker game far enough to know all the facts, but personally, i think if we could do something like a 45/55 deal — with 55 going to partner who also pays for all exploration and production going forward, we’d be in decent shape for a sizable gain in pps. Goes without saying though that if we give up majority (and with it administrative control), we’d have to have some real ways to verify we are getting our fair share once production begins. The old “trust but verify”. Curious what your current thoughts on the subject?

Re current stock price: like many, have put a fair amount of capital into Mexus. Of course am tempted to further average down at current prices. If property is anywhere close to what you and PT seem to think, a 6M market cap does seem absurd. But with Mexus spotty history on a number of levels (no offense intended….but hard to argue with that assessment, especially looking at pps), being apparently so close to the financial precipice and no real visibility on the future yet….it feels like a real coin flip at this point…a pure gamble. Even with Frez seemingly interested enough to go to next step of 1-month dd period, after so much invested, just very hard to just close one’s eyes and throw in more. If Frez doesn’t work out, our only remaining plan B will be to start up alone with the 4M due from 1st Pursuit…and we have no real clarity on their desire or ability to pay up as per contract. So…. I think many are feeling very much on the fence re further investment, despite the apparent “attractive price”…. With your GORO and other experience, any further cogent thoughts on this subject?

A couple of other items:

According to most recent SEC form 4, pt’s holding in mexus has gone down from about 72M shares to about 63M. At .03/sh avg proceeds, those 9M shares would have garnered about 270k $…not 9K$ as you mentioned in your blog on the subject. I know you trust paul…and i know he gets no salary and has expenses like all of us. Maybe some of those funds went toward paying mexus bills but….when a CEO sells 13% of his holdings, it’s only human to ask a few questions. It’d be different if we were all making money with mexus, but so far we are not. So…any thoughts or insights you can share? I assure you I’m not alone in wondering about this… and no one wants to be thinking “bad thoughts”, but very human to at least ask the question. Again, a case of “trust but verify”…

FYI, re mine visit: you have mentioned several times that few have made the trip south. Just want you to know that several of us have made the request SEVERAL times of late, but have been discouraged. That is on the company, not on “lazy shareholders”. No one wants to make this trip without full knowledge by and consent from PT….

One last thing: you of course will do as you wish, but i request that if you include any of the above in a future blog, that you not paraphrase or do “convenient editing”. By this I mean, I request that you not use a line like “a 6M market cap does seem absurd” without including the rest of the thoughts in that paragraph…please.

good weekend,

How do you know when a Lout’s lying?

You  simply check actual facts  in a  rugged  week in  ANY market.  Fact?  High ask  was  02.49; low  bid  was   flat  .02 on  2,563,000 trades.  One  cent’s NEVER been seen or any time below  .02.  Bad  enough but  was   a busy week    and  last  80K, :54, :57, :58 and  :59 were  one  person snapping  them up on the  cheapo laughing  to hisself  in Boulder  CO!  And  silly  asswipe  wants to tell you  the  PPS has  fallen 99% from $2.16  , and  if  the  jerkoff  even OWNED a  cert? Signed by  Paul Thompson, President  and countersigned  by  Paul Thompson, Secretary . Wonder  what  a life’s like  peeking out  of own asshole?

The  very  first  thing a  miner  with any sense ( we  can toss out  foolish  babbling  louts   knowing  nothing  about  anything) will be  ironclad  drill and  surface  assay  results ( we  do have  plenty of  our  own)  sharing  WITH  our own geologist  overseeing  what they  collect.   Usually will specify  a  safe room all information is  kept on  site  split  samples  tagged  time  and place  WITH lab  results.  Recall they know  for  certain this is  as  the  Junior  Partner  share  not  total ownership buy  out so information  withheld  is worthless  to their  portion of  the  project but  will be needed by PT  if he cannot  agree and moves  along with another.  Again I do not  think either party is much of interest in that possibility. Now a matter  of  how  much for  what. Last  figures were  $5 to 7  million and no more that  49% with  Mexus managing  and  JV as supplier  of  most  things  needed as primary  contractor.

Getting   to this point  where any  majors  are  willing to foot  the  bill for  exploration over  month’s time  knowing   bare minimum  what he has  rejected  thus  far? Causes  me  to expect  a  bit  fatter  turkey  than last year’s  skinny  bird.

I don’t  recall  being  wrong  about  the  San Felix  buyout  as it was  always  to be  a  group Atzek works  with for  many years  since  they wanted  to control the  entire  Trinidad  project  not  just 50%  PT sold  them for  $5  million. Same  bunch managed the  Ejido rights  buyoff  for  $100K.  Silver  Pursuit  spun away for  exactly  that kind of purpose  with mixed  BoDs. Oh yeah  Federales faked  Ken into  jail  on a  couch  in  Mexus   Caborca Office set up by  Atzek legal team.  And  I was  some of  the  bait. Fat  Cat  Rico Texan investor.  I’m not  anxious  to be  around  the  jerk either.    8
