Great  event on  Fox Funnies Saturday.  Elizabeth MacDonald  poo poed  New Gold  as a  stock to  buy.  “Gold is  dropping off the  face of the  Earth” or something like that.   Back when Rob bought  US Gold  and asked me  how I became largest  investor  by  July 2005?  I told him I was watching  Fox  Bulls and Bears in  April 2004 when  Ben Stein said,” Gold  at  $500? Not in my lifetime!”   Seemed to be the perfect  contrarian idiotic comment by  a know nothing  wise  guy.    Next  summer as McEwen   took over USGL and freed  GORO  to begin mining  it  rose to $600 , never looked back and  near  straight up for 6 years to $1900. Thank you Ben! Same for Liz I’ll hope to  say.  8

The news event?

“New Gold announced yesterday that it has signed a $175 million streaming agreement with Royal Gold (RGLD) on its Rainy River project in Ontario, Canada.

New Gold will receive $100 million on signing with the remaining $75 million to be paid at 60% project completion, expected in mid-2016, according to the company’s statement.”

PR; July 28 is hard to toss in  file 13 with “Gold and miners  are down” , Liz. When do you buy your  stocks? Bad news and at the top?  8

Not many know much about me really but I was classroom music teacher and area orchestra performer in CA Bay Area. Had to choose a service in 1961 out of college deferment and went in USAF as a Bandsman Hamilton AFB but sent on to immediate Officer Training School and flight training. After SEA 200 mission combat tour I was assigned as instructor teaching crewmembers how to operate in most dangerous spot on earth. Check “Bat 21” for one of our era students caught on well. Following assignments after SEA treaty I was uaually still instructing newbies how the real AF runs. NATO was NEVER the safest flying enviroment War and Peace. Home and disabled retired a decade after combat injuries I went for a GI BIll Doctorate in Education figuring to be a professor. While preparing dissertation was again hospitalized and finally gave up after finishing course work no degree but who cared. German wife loved being a Frau Doktor for family brag. ME? HAW!Learning to teach from professional respecteds you are told it’s possible to throw a tantrum no more than 2 times a semester to gain 100% attention for a period. NEVER over use the card play. I tossed one in June and not only got info from Dent but PT as well and you all learned when I did. BUT have been louts tossing ME insults for months each time they post and that gains not a thing… EVER. Is there a lesson there kiddos? No assign this weekend just enjoy a 4 mil trade week with a 3% gain despite all POG’s based in a dumper .8

Dung pile posts  RB where  this stuff  seems encouraged.  It’s MONEY but  sold  your  soul out   el cheapo , Realize now  for years these ghouls  been stealing  share price  out of your pocket with unproved lies   while  decent hard working honest men  worked  tails off.  Balance scales of life?  their  asses slide right off.  8

Most of us are in this stock for one reason.  And when that one reason finally realizes that this stock is nothing but a shill, the game is over.  PT didn’t meet us in Vegas when he had a chance, never held a shareholders meeting when he said he would, and has made the absolute worst decisions regarding mining and growing this company.  Again, who is selling the millions of shares in the last year?  Who has that many shares to sell?  The writing is on the wall.  I hope this stock goes to zero now so the shill and his family can no longer sell shares.  And for goodness sakes, nobody should be sending anymore $ to keep the lights on.  Really hard to believe so many of you can still believe in all this mess with all of the misinformation and silence out there.  I can only hope that some sort of legal action is set in motion to have some accountability and answers come fourth.  It is time that we all get to know the truth and what really happened to all of the money and time that has been wasted.  Please somebody prove to me one honest reason and fact why I should own this stock.  Yeah, call me out.  Let me know what I haven’t done in my life to make me worthy, to be in the presence of such respectful, honest, hardworking, loyal men.  Please… just because I don’t brag about my accomplishments and boast about my family, and show the world my possessions, doesn’t mean that anyone here has any more value than me or the next guy.  I have done enough in my life to invest 80k in PT, and for that I now have 8k remaining.  Who is the one hiding in silence, behind layers of crappy PR’s and moles put in place to cover the tracks.
Please prove me wrong and all of us who have doubted and questioned.  Show me one simple result.  Life is tough, I get it.  But be of integrity and tell us what is going on.  And for those of you who say we don’t deserve to know any facts because this is who PT is and he has a plan and he doesn’t need to communicate…  WAKE UP! ”

I do thank y’all for any good words but mine investment start up’s like spelunking before rope and lights installed. Follow the leader who’s been there or is totally in the dark and lost. Gonna get back line voices “We’re doomed and he’s lost too”! So hang on the Vaseline as HMS GW Lout, luredver and stocktradeup may show at the general meet. Has happened!Most think gold in ground is money in bank but just an asset to get going someway; and there’s many trails. Some like this, Happy Ones. NOW we may get PT up on the palomino some day soon. El Scorpio’s a LONG way down another trail but wild untouched as it gets in a new direction many are checking out. Few may be listening close. 8

Mexus up to  .03 but  20% of  AR’s share  in  Newco Jt  venture  is  .26!  Slips  twixt/ lip possible  but  as close  to well done  deal as I’d  expect  Celebration on  some  family  $5.7 mil due   this  week I do expect!! She’s  a broken  L hip replaced  June  4 ,  me   tad  frozen  Rt  arm 3  July. Life’s  wonderful otherwise.  Don and  Dorly(“Mexus”), On July 6, 2015, Mexus Gold Mining, S.A. de C.V., a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary of the Company entered into an Option and Joint Venture Agreement (“Agreement”) with Minera Real Del Oro, S.A. De C.V., a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary of Argonaut Gold, Inc., a Canadian gold company engaged in exploration, mine development and production activities (“Argonaut”).　　Pursuant to the Agreement, Mexus has granted Argonaut an exclusive and irrevocable option to acquire all rights to Mexus’ mining concessions located in Caborca, Mexico, Sonora State described as the Marta Elena, Julio II-VII and Mexus III Claims (the “Mining Concessions”).According the Agreement, Mexus will transfer its Mining Concessions into a newly formed Mexican Company (“Newco”), and Argonaut will have the sole option to purchase up to 80% ownership of Newco in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. 

6.　　At any time prior to December 31, 2018, Argonaut may exercise the option, provided that it has incurred minimal expenditures on the project of US$5,000,000 and made cash payments to Mexus equal to US$950,000.

At this point with all sustaining cost of gold at NocheBuena = $1151 which is equal to the current price of gold at $1151. I fail to see why this is a good deal? Looks like a win for Arewenot going to screw you as they can keep oz on an uptrend and lower there overall breakeven. With only one board seat on the Newco whats the chances we ever win a vote? Pass the Vaseline….
