Doesn’t buy 45% of Mexus but 45% of its major asset the Rancho and adjoining property. It’s more probable the purchase of whatever % was found acceptable ( reason PT will be doing any possible signIng In Hermosillo) will be cash to Mexus so can provide own portion of development. $5 is no shabby value to own 55% (or whatever ) so has given some value to the project at last. PT’s NOT taking any offer for over 49% as we have found long term now. A sale for $5 million in $11 PPS is 455K shares or $5 mil cash. Toss in the $4 mil owed on San Felix JV in March and there’s $9 million or 3 1/2 cent a share cash value to buy today under 3 cents and look for something enormously higher with a contract for JV 45% in hand.
