6. Decisions are often made based on personal needs, not for the shareholders.
So many of the managers of the junior companies run out of money personally and start making very bad decisions. We recently saw one company that sold all of its assets to survive with a small amount of cash….. and they gave up on a deal that would have actually given their shareholders a great benefit!!!!! This is scary and shareholders have no control over it.
