SEC asks  for  worth or  income.  Mine’s  around $6 million worth and  income’s  been as  high as  $2 million  since  2010  on,  IF things  are  sold.  Homes, cars,  fine  art,    metals, diamonds  etc and  portfolio.   The  things  were  purchased  with mining share income  gains in  better  times.  Paid  down a  $400K home  to now  just $100k  by  $60K (15%) down and  double   principal  for  6 years.  Been  5 years slow , $200K cost ,   rebuilding  the  2009  flooded, mold  ridden old worth about  $300K near  ready   to occupy  again if  desired.   Been wanting  to refinance   the  6%  ’08 loan and  getting  4.25% saving  $500 monthly.  Will be  new  mortgage on new home  as  credit  union best  solution  finally an offer  NO CLOSING costs. I COULD sell  shares for raising  $80K  and  pay all bills current  (BUT the  new $180K   mortgage)  which would be  worth about 3,000,000  shares  MXSG   driven down at  below  . 03 and  have  well over  10 million more in  the  drawer . Want  that  asshole?   Thank God  I have  brains and  am no fraud  screaming  fire.
