Lots there if  you  know  what  to see.  Matt is  just  an expert CA driller  I’ve met  a  few  times  who has already  used the HF core  size  drill to get   800′ of  diamond  drills  in  the  lower  sheer  zone  below  the  Julio veins  area.  Its  just  above the  quartz stock zone used  for  placer which is  simply  the washed  down veins  eroded  over  eons  to bottom valley as  white  stone rubble  and  deep sandy  soil. Matt’s a  good friend and very  loyal to Paul. Has  health issue  but  worth waiting  for   him to get  well shortly  and  back to finish  the  10 core and into RC area  drills. Meantime  108′ are  in  Reno assay and  should  be news we’ll like and  impress  any  suitors.  Now  none  yet qualify  as partners, decision is  to move  placer and  that’s being done. Nobody EVER said  we had a  blast permit. Was   stated   could  share  one with  a  contractor.  Rather than  contract  the  underground and  share  Julio 2 shaft  product   was decided  to use  blasting supplier  contact from San Felix  operation to apply  for own  explosive permit  in expedited  fashion.  Same  time   a  use permit  is needed for starter  heap pad  aiming for  an initial 1000 ton daily  increasing  to 5K ( plan’s been 6K  all along) as  kinks  are ironed out. Means building   new  ponds needed  for increased  placer as  well.  Placer  and ponds  move   to ready  selected  area but  pad  will be  placed  where  the  RC drilling puts  them in  barren area.

Once   we  found  the  taxes  paid  were improper  under  the  rules  90 day  10%  loans  were  taken  in  shareholder placements.  A self  closing  deal  gets us  this far.  I said   “I do wan no stinkin  10%”  and  went  for  purchases  instead.  He is  VERY confident the  $4 mil of  Silver  Pursuit is  valid  by March and  let  them plan on  using  that  collateral  to move  along  alone.  We’re  again  assured  what  all should  know  by now   it  will require   money for value  to join as  a  partner.

Never  the  best news  possible. Does  prove  San Felix  was  worthwhile in   the  buy  out  now  being  used  with  initial  debt  pay off.  Established Mexus  as  worthy  of  trust in  Sonora  where  honesty  is  rare find    but assures  me  at least the placer   gold  that  tumbled  across my  hands or  popped  up from  dirt  with  detector or  chipped  free from Julio 2  face  will  return as  many  fold increase to my investment.  Year  ago wouldn’t have  been soon  enough… year  from now   will  surely  do. 8
