Only  question ever  risen  was the transfer  from Oscar  to Julio as legal owner. The family has  had  all rights for  a  some  generations into late  1800’s as I hear. That  would  descend  from Royal Land  Grants same  as  rest of  colonial SW. CA,CO NM, TX AZ.  Was  some  big  advantage just  prior  Mexus  rights sold for  Head of  famIIy  NOT to be listed  owner. Like  bunches, came  down to machismo  attitude  to the mother when the  bit more  modern generations  said  get lost. It’s ALL passed muster and  I’d  side  anytime  with the  Atzek attorneys  who wanted  to join Paul in  San Felix. The  Who’s  Who in  mine  administration politics. Our  blustering bigoted bastards  will NEVER catch on. that  Trinidad  was  worthwhile  entirely both  financially ,experience, reputation and influence.  Recall Sonoran Gov’s security team take over with  Ken jailed  at  Caborca Office  couch tussle  with Federales?  8

…appreciated your take on the sta. elena paperwork and glad to know you think it’s all in order and legit. i and most of us have no way to fully verify one way or another…and i only asked because it’s potentially a major part of any deal. things with mexus ( and perhaps all micro miners) have a tendency to not always appear to be what they seem, and though i know pt has had legal counsel from r. williams and perhaps others re all this, it’s a something of a concern. why? if potential partner can find holes, they’ll likely exploit them. call me a cynic, but this is business….a often a rather cut-throat one at that.

if things are as you say re this, then pt/mexus fully controls the property, partner or no…and all that means…

guess we’ll be finding that out — and other interesting things — pretty soon now….

btw: my spanish is pretty decent. learned young (kindergarten) down in durango….and went from there….have some partners in another venture in mexico, sometimes speak in sp. with them….

Title referred to OUR having a  very merry.  No expert  Spanish linguist  but  I think is   really  just   a form of  good  night. More common here is Navidad, birth, meanng  either. Should  use  O Holy Night.  Just   wanted  the correct form of good ( masc  sing). That holiest  Mass is typical Mexican  on  the  eve  at local Cordi Marian  Convent. Mexican Sisters now  enclosed in our  giant  Alamo Ranch  development but  here 85 years. I’m Baptist she’s  Catholic, Tom comfirmed  there  but  neither.
Well aware Natividad , nativity , holy  family  birthplace , as  step dad  worked  at  the  Kaiser giant open pit  E of  Salinas at Natividad  tall mount  of  dolomite  used  for  cement became  short mount. Dusty  as HELL. Worked the  electro precipitators  bottom of kiln tall chimneys as  Maintenance  Electrician.  Mom was  LVN at  Natividad  Med  Center   Monterey  County  where  Jack became  a  silicosis  patient in  ’55  opened  up and  sewn back up to die.  Lived until 1972 sheer  guts. Went  back to Union crews  doing  101  Signage  as  the  4  lane  were built  S of  Salinas.   He’d  been a  hard rock miner in  CO and  Nevada  last  at  SilverPeak in  ’40 where  younger  step sis bore in  Dec ’40 Tonopah.
Took a  home  school course to be  electrician/teletrician  RADIO WITH PICTURES!!!and  worked in  SFO shipyards on  radars. Did  his  lungs  no good  with asbestos  AND radar  exposure, neither  then a  hazzard.   Learned  to rebuild  TV tubes  in a  vacuum oven in  Chicago ( expensive  then  B&W cathode  ray and 3 Color  few  $100)lr,   and became   owner  of  CENCO ( Central Coast  Electronics  Co) and was a pretty  happy  guy  working at own speed with other  disabled  guys. Most methodical man I ever  met.   Was  his  summer job at  Nevada Sheelite Mine  during ’48  divorces  got  me into mining lore and interests.  Magnificant desolation  before the moon steps. Unusual thing is  niece Naomi was  interned  6 mo there from Occupational Therapy  grad  at  Denton Tx. Born  ’70 in  Salinas  My life kinda  circles as her  mom buried there with her  mom and  dad in  2010.   Also LVN in  Ft Worth picked  up Hep  C from a  patient and  finally had no liver function about  15 year  on.  Fully  aware was  then a  death sentence w /o transplant  and  said  a  high risk so none  available.  We  offered  her  $100K and  she  had  to cry and  say we  can’t.  Marker says “A flower  blooms in  Pastures of Heaven”.  Steinbeck title .

The claims  are fully  permitted  to operate on  our own. Damn hard  to get  as we know. Why would possibly   sharing  ownership with largest  silver producer in  world  change that ?
“Mexico-based precious metals company Fresnillo (LSE:FRES) is the largest primary silver producer in the world, according to its website.”
Also the  ownership  is  by   Mexus Mexico  just  99.9% owned  by    sloppy  USA. That was not  even allowed  after  the  Revolution until NAFTA.  Issued in Mexico City by  the  Federal Agency after  thorough examination and  reexaminations.  My firm belief  is  they were found valid.  8

don…
“noche buena” actually means “christmas eve” in spanish…no matter…agree with the general sentiments of that post.

1 serious question for today: aside from examining whether or not sta. elena actually contains the gold and silver we are all hoping for, i imagine potential partner will also be thoroughly checking into all the legal/administrative documentation of mexus’ claims on the property and mineral rights. are you absolutely convinced we’ll pass muster re that? obviously both issues are key to partner’s willingness/interest to proceed toward closing a deal….and i only ask because there has been some administrative sloppiness in the past at the home office. now don’t get incensed by that…i know resources are tight for all things including admin and corporate governance. but the paperwork will be key….so….asking for your take re this…

  1. Did some digging with a few Google searches and found Hank and AU grabber’s facebook pages. Saw a couple pictures and comments and seems as though a good amount of gold has been found up there in Nome. If you have a facebook account a simple search of “AU grabber facebook” should take you to the page and you can see some comments and pictures. Looks like another smart move by PT.

    1. Nice to be in the game as a Nome sponsor but Paulie’s clam haul should make AuGrabber appear a fumbler and we get naught but mention. Hank’s barge’d fit on Paul Jr’s stern and set out to sea. PT and Jr did pick up a few tricks summer ’10. Like? Get the hell off a barge in bad AK weather. Windward anchor and sit it out. 8
