Back to Future 4… BLOG Friday

Again, MEXUS IS NOT FOR Sale!  Up tp 49.9%  of  the 100% owned   Julio- Santa  Elena  Ranch portion is  able  to be  taken  as  a  JV for the  PROPER $’s. My belief  is   he  has  another  property or  JV  he feels as  a valuable  long  term prospect on the horizon as well. Newmont  wanted out  of  Penmont  AND Mexico and  Fresnillo took them on the  offer.  Neither  Mexus  Mexico  nor owner  Mexus  USA are  for  sale   but  a  few  $100’s  millions  or  between $1 and  $5 premium might   be considered.  Nothing’s  going to be  given away ought  to be  fairly  obvious by now. One man knows what it’s all worth and he’s  the dealer.  Some  pretty stupid  folks   been wrong  about  him  a  very long  time  as  I ‘ve  tried my  damnedest  to point out and   have  seen me  catch all hell making  their pure silliness known.  Mix in  Happy Trails  with here  comes  Santa.

When a  company has  no earnings  you  can’t  talk of  PE.   Your measure  is  EV vs  EBIDTA. If  you’ve  $9 million cash and  260 mil shares  that’s  3.5 cents  EV  before  much else.  You can just  buy  it  at  .027  and pocket the .008. = 33% and  await  ANY earnngs .

“Will be interesting in the next few weeks to see what happens to our PPS if we do sign on with a big name like Fresnillo.
EA (Don Phillips) on his board has calculated a .035 earnings on both the JV and the sale of 50% San Felix. Not sure what that would do to our own share price. Any care to wag”

only  up 5/100th  of  a  penny  but  also the only  UP! .0275/.0270 Means  on blood  in the  gutters Black Friday? ? We  gained overall  $8K. Wait’ll the  JV! Will be  driving down  Sat AM.  Will be constant  between Caborca and Hermosillo  ironing out  details. I think a  deal has been agreed up to fingertips  range as this last   week has been  at  their request most probably prior  to  bringing  it up for  BoD to notify shareholders officially.  We  should  get the  news  at  the  same time  of  the  Joint  Venture go ahead green light.  Will be running in place for  drawing  up  some operations plans   before    long  Mexican 2  week  holidays and  full time  after Jan. Meantime Mexus Mexico now has decided  to restart  the placer  during  this  trip with all permits  in place and  ability to expand  quite a  bit  on the old  repaired  screen plant.    Been decided since  it is NOT to be  part of  the JV agreement  so can be going  quickly  as  he  can purchase and set  it properly  re-sited.  Reverts back to a family side  agreement  with Mexus  when taking  on  the  2011 rights. Family/Mexus  split unknown but  a new % as  was  already  planned  with approved  double output. May be  from 3-4  oz once planned up  to about  6-8 redoubled.  Enough stuff  to run entire  larger  JV  mine  plant  lifetime  then  some. Sits  right there plain sight  so basic  cost  is  fuel and labor. PT’s  said  again the JV is  NOT the only  iron in  the  fire  glowing  red.  Mexus is a  Sonora  player and  the joint ‘s  exploding with  much lower  cost of main expense always  FUEL! In Mexico labor  comes  second place.

He’s plumb tuckered  from this  near  full year’s dickering  and  has some  pure need  he says to do what’s  precisely  as the  Louts  claim and  take  some  time off  for fishing!  First  the  deal  then the  reel. He’s  got  it  coming  from my  end! 8

  1. It would be well deserved indeed, hope he has a nice “Gone Fishing” sign to hang at the Mexus office. Looking forward to some good news in the next few weeks. When he does start pulling gold out of the ground there will definitely be buyers for it. The 1 year GOFO rate is about to go negative for the first time ever. Also tomorrow the Swiss are going to the poll to vote on a return to the gold standard. If they vote yes do you think them might need to pick up a few spare bars??? Got Gold?
