Mexico weapons  code calls  for   reply  in 50 days.  Location   can be  determined   after  application before military inspects  for  an OK. Means  14 days  passed, 36 to reply.  Rest of  90 assumed   in  issuance and  rcpt.  So  is   Apr 15 after  Mar 27 pay off can all come  together with cash and blast. Hope is ASAP but is Mexico and can be much faster or really slowed. Importance is we know the plan. Placer for cash to begin own mining. A small JV is obvious assist but as organizational ease of logistics flow in and out and underground experience mine administration can rely on.
