Silly creatures on RB can’t  even see that  was a  re-post of  May 19 ’14 and became  first  rejection  of  Fresnillo  intital offer when still PenMont .  NOTHING happened  2  weeks  later  except  was  rejected as too silly  to consider.  Later   cash offer was  ok but   % ownership  and  delayed  terms  were not. Has  gone  from there  to seeming  an acceptable position near at hand but  not  over  till over and  signed.   Hardly part of  Love Mexus  camp. Crystal Caves  is sited in old  49er Pioneer community  settlement  of mine camps  outside  Placerville (Hangtown…. a nice  though for  fate of  liars  and fakes) .   My family  has property a little  N  on Grizzly Flat  Rd    since 1966 when  you  could  still subdivide under  5  acres now long  halted. My last  living aunt’s memorial   ceremony was there at  Pioneer Baptist  in Sept  2011  my  74th birthday. That  little hydraulic  lift  now  said good  to support $50K daily  high grade  was  left over  from an underground mine.  Way you make a living  AFTER subdivision? Own the  utilities  which requires  capital out lay   owners  can’t  afford .  As largest  property owner Paul built  the Vol Fire  Dept  buildings and donated  trucks built  at  Sac  River site in Walnut  Grove.  Kids  grew up helping  at  mine  sites all  across Sierras and Nevada desert on  Walker Lane from Reno to Tonopah .  Question is  had much experience using  your  brain  except  as a door stop?   No, you can’t  be  serious.  8
