Take a look (if you’re not already following it) at Pershing Gold (PGLCD). They just raised $15 mil in cash and did a 1 for 18 split. They no longer have a producing mine, but they’re trying to get their Relief Canyon mine in NW Nevada back into production. I smart company doesn’t do a reverse split unless they have some good news to announce soon.
Nothing in particular, but I just have a hunch that this one is a possibility. Their subsidiary, Gold Acquisition Corp has a chunk of cash and is looking for gold. DO you know anything about their management?
