Another one bites the dust

Had  forgotten  over night  dealing with all the  exciting things I did between  bathroom visits  half  asleep  but woke up to Dorly  with a funny  card and  vintage  scotch ( what you gift a geezer has everything ) and  was  a sudden 78! Not appreciable  different  than  yesterday  but  I can say the year’s proven  while   aches and pains  may be no worse they are becoming more frequent  and take longer to resolve. Equally  more difficult  is  dealing  with  the  added stress and strain of  hers more  serious than my own and   life threatening.  Since  late  ’06  when she could suddenly  not walk up the off ramp from Las Vegas  flight  with severe oxygen depravation has come the constant question  what would I do if?  Always reminded  of  the  weekly need to pull the  hall clock  main weight pulley, care less about the other  2,  chimes or the  hours as simply  frills , or  it slows to a stop and we  come with none installed.  So you put off the real planning knowing  it can be delt with when it occurs  as there’s no option. Sufficient  unto the day  the evils thereof.

We think we have her  on the move enough for the   Fri 1:30 flight to New Orleans and  same  time to drive on to Biloxi  for   one of our usual  resort visits SW Air  baggage  handlers keep track of and help her along while  I park.  Be back Tue  about 6PM  same  non- stop we prayed for and recently  got once a day to and from MSY-SAT.  Some things  do get better with time.  Don
