Don, My reply might be a little lengthy
I was a drug and alcohol abuser for 10 years, from 18 to 28. I now am a believer in the Lord with my precious wife who hung in there with me until the Lord rescued me. We both belong to the Pasadena Healing Rooms out here in California. Remember David Solomon ? When I read he was sick I was compelled to contact him. My wife and I started to pray for him. His book the Dead Saints Chronicles was not near done. I believe that our prayers allowed him to finish his book then leave.
My chance meeting you as you walked to your SUV, at the LODE shareholders meeting( 2011?) where you stated “if I had a spare nickle, I might want to invest in MXSG, I sensed s spiritual connection like with David. I make a mental bookmark and leave it in the LORD’S hand. I sensed back then that you believed in GOD but had a very bad christian experience(influence) God is love and I remember back then I sensed that was not demonstrated to you. The Bible states that no greater love hath any man than he is willing to lay down his life(War Veterans?)

Was told “you are type two diabetic”. I book I would highly recommend “Let food be your medicine” By Doctor Don Colbert (thought he had an office in Texas not sure though)

Nothing magical rid of Type 2 and testing 15 years back. I ate it on so I can lose it. Atkins based protein but imagine up enough variety to take on a few carbs for fun. Weekly PIzza crust holds 2″ of meat cheese and vegies. Followed lo Lose 30 ugly pounds while keeping my head about me. Tossed m the meter and strips all due to hated some nurse tell how to cut mv toe nails square, round tips. Bugaboo is weigh loss plateau. We feast on comped casino meals gain 4 and lose 5 at home to keep trying.
Use what works revealed is a way through a good life well enough spent. Never be totally satisfied as why there’s a tomorrow for doing better then there isn’t but the mystery.
