Vancouver HQ and in San Francisco mine Sonora and for sure not Newmont/Penmont nor Aurico unless Slim fattened offer. Ought not to be much longer with momentum as I KNOW he’d like to do placer quick for cash but makes sense if the JV has a better idea to encompass all. Family need to agree but best is to get going and make basic shares zoom with the news. If Julio is impressed that they are as well that’s good enough for nonce. 8

I didn’t even have to log into RB to know what the reaction and comments would be from the daily whiners and faux shareholders there. Would be very happy if it is Timmins, solid company. Another opportunity for cheap shares before an announcement.
From the verbiage of the PR it seems that a deal is closer than farther away. I see that as great progress. Don’t think they would halt the placer unless something was really looking good in terms of JV.
