Been checking and after TDA agreed for cert deposits and opening acts slowly with Scottrade transfers after Jan 2013 I consolidated over 1.5 in a 1st new cert and started depositing any unrestricted over 12 months in July, 2013. Been WELL over 10 million accepted since for deposit and along with market PPS buys plus all R until after Aug 2013 I can simply hold for the rise in PPS with ANY product EVER. SO? my plan as announced has worked extremely well and I can’t fault thus far. I’m never able to make the future , simply predict it somewhat for own profit. All else got the exact same deal offered. 8

You know the end of this story. I called Chris Gulick today and had him close the account.
So, now I’m looking for a new home. Deb had suggested Scottsdale Capitol — but they charge $500 per cert! That can get costly…

Conscience is clear as I tried my hardest to get everyone with a one year cert to pay $45 and deposit them all during ’13 and ’14 in TDA I managed to arrange for all near 2 years. All mine are trading that I wanted to declare. I’ll NOT use the silly listings Debby has ; that’s stupid and where I worked with Action and TDA to make it damn cheap . 1) Hard to glean from your blog what you think is happening. Is your current expectation that “Big partner” wants to delay decision until early Jan, but that there are 2 other entities who might make a solid offer before then that PT would accept if in his range? If above is accurate, is that your conjecture? Or is this what PT has actually communicated to you….? Almost impossible for the average shareholder to have any real sense of what’s what. I know this is often part of junior gold mining…but with mexus now selling pp restricted stock in the .01’s of late, confidence is seriously flagging…and understandably so. What’s your thinking at this point re all the above?
2) I have noticed of late too that when pps declines, there seems to always be someone there to push price back up to ask –or even beyond ask — with small buys of 1000-ish shares. This has now happened many, many times over the last months. Is that you keeping the ask up? You don’t have to answer if you prefer not, but if yes, well….it is appreciated. Just hope you –or whomever — won’t need to do it for much longer and that our pps can soon start to rise on it’s own steam and merit due to real, positive events….

What is happening is exactly what’s said, no confusion. 3 offers are expected to be made at some.point. The first he can accept will be taken with no more delay. All are aware of that and will be done first point it can. Never say never and possibly none are of acceptable offering. Then something more will be needed and considered when it must . They are all taking great pains to delve deep as he can take them and that’s a time consuming effort not given to small fry lightly. He would prefer a Dec decision and begin in 1st Qtr to set it all up neatly. One major consideration is the ease of access and facilities directly on Mex 2 ; what I’ve seen NONE closer. Other than I-80 Winnemucca to Wendover RR right of way sold for billions to build the west? Good as they get.
PPS? MXSG has NEVER seen bid below .02. Ask ranges for some time between above .025+ to about .04 as Fri. Hard space for any profit except you’re buying rich gold prospects cheaper than dirt. I’d just forget R PPs as only way to raise cash without borrowing. But what’s cheaper than cheaper than dirt? Some’d say hot air or blue sky but I know about 50-100 interested that would step in to see it close at the ask not the bid where some obviously took a loss to sell, and laugh all way to the bank. I get some chuckles as they recount adding to milllions held at stupid cost. I do expect it to all come out in the wash which was the way Comstock Lode came about when the awful black tar stuff was realized to be silver. 8

Ground situation is this. Major neighbor is now well outside the 4 weeks asked for DD mid-OCT. My belief is they have all the possible information needed for a decision without being an actual partner and expending funds needed to go forward. CEO is now presenting at least a back up to the main back up the same information availability. Any of the 3 would be a working partnership possibility with area experience. The desire would have been to get a go ahead decision by now from the nearest miner. A firm yes from either of the 2 others involved will need to simply be acceptable for a decision to be made. I take the $5 mil as development set up and sell them 30 mil shares for 49% . Presto! $8 PPS.

…we were told a while ago that some further exploratory drilling had been done at sta. elena by our own people….and that core samples had been sent out for analysis and assay. then….nada….no further word. do you have any sense of what’s going on with this?…or whether pt has gotten those results….or what they revealed? just seems enough time has gone by at this point for those results to have come in…and when they are not forthcoming from the company, it opens the door to wonder if perhaps they were not what the company had hoped. with so much riding on “grade” at this point for any deal to be worthwhile to a prospective partner, it’s an important line of questioning. any thoughts on the matter?
paul dent has told me that mexus will get the data generated by prospective partner’s exploratory due diligence, whether or not they elect to proceed with a deal, so i guess we’ll know some of the answers relatively soon, IF pt elects to share any of it with shareholders (which at this point i sure hope he would do).

A new drill program was outlined but not done due to cost and time when a buyer was doing own exploration. They are very good grades no doubt at all and been sitting a while where they were made into the visual quartz veins. Entire purpose is not “OH MY GAWD!” assay results for financing exploration as with most but to gain a partner with own financing for a share. We’ll see them at some point. 2012 Lemas surface samples would convince me and have as been there. Might note the “Bonanza small hill of 6KG ( 13#+ ) manganese -gold mention” . Drill program would use these sites and values to position. Any partner will pay the freight. Values as these don’t just come along too often. Feel is will hear soon Yes will be good. No is another point for a deal.

I’m told there are a list of 7-8 brokers who will accept the registered certs but not been told which they are. I ‘m pretty sure they are not the low cost discount houses which is still the problem it was before I had TDA’s agreement. Mexus can’t advise use of any particular house as unethical. Prior were pretty shady small opns in like Scottsdale. In all I’d not think any more PPs will be used with that discouragement. I’ve done none of recent. Damn good reason to get the agreement real soon. Any “R” cert dated before Dec 11, 2013 is the concern anyway . The cert date FYI is the day your money was deposited in Mexus account no matter when you finally get it. Since you then can’t remove the R for a full year there’s really not much rush and if no decent house will take them until a positive future outlook? Even less. Will turn out OK anyhow as long as the current plans take place. Sure not exactly” hope against hope”. Still seeking total security? Get a nice warm 2% CD for same year’s time and cash out the extra 2 cents on the dollar come Dec 2015 as your Christmas Club payout They still got them? 8

Seems to be causing a big to do. Mexus is NOT the problem. A fully reporting transparent stock not hidden on pinks showing nothing. Problem as I say is we’re there due to acceptance of offer to accept share certs for deposit. I don’t care what Mr Gulick says their review reneged on the offer got me there and if my conversations are correct a lot of others as well. In all I was first advised TDA was not the friendliest to small mine shares but was all I could find after Scottrade, USAA and ETrade would not even consider deposits and did work now near 2 years. Simplest to await current dealings announced and see where it heads up to. PPS will be the same deposited or not and association with a known large miner will bring a good value very quickly. Best to just await the news. Again just look at MAG Silver 44% JV dealing

Mr. Phillips,Thank you for clarifying your question; I’m sorry I misunderstood. No, a letter signed by the issuer cannot be accepted in lieu of share origin documentation. Again, we must review the terms under which the shares were acquired. In your case, we had issuing documentation; the problem was they were not signed by the issuer. The letter we received in your case simply supplemented the share origin documentation for purposes of having the issuing company’s signature tied to the transaction. I’ll advise all , I was told quite a few, and suggest we look some more for the unusual honest broker keeps their word. Thanks for coming clean a tad late. I went through a period Sept 2006 Scottrade refused to deposit my IPO 540,000 Gold Resource cert (GORO) as worthless; when I eventually sold they were at $30 and I was pleased with the $15 million. Lot of that is in starting up Mexus to gold production this next year. “
OK, I’ll keep looking. Simple solution is to get production and investment grade rated even still OTC.

My thanks for accepting the deposit BUT my advising many to open accounts with you was strictly based on your telling me deposits would be accepted. I have none unrestricted currently for deposit but others most assuredly do and are simply stuck. I DO hold more but will; keep in R cert form until the PPS rises as it will with production.. Surely your right to do so but assuredly NOT our basis doing business with TDA! And be assured we are in discussion.
