Getting a bit uber smartz but Not false Mexus, just Nietzsche’s Twilight of the Idols quote ” What does not kill me, makes me stronger. “ Message sent to 53 of interest
U kiddin on held under .03? Been “no news” for a month. PR info has all been out some time here and msg bds . Needed Fresnillo final bid to reject but handwriting showed placer restart need. Can say just be expense for operators running big stuff and time to relocate proper once and forever . Some extra equipment was bought to expand double so that’s now just the time to get assembled. Will for certain see wash begin in Feb needing but dirt and water. MILES of dirt! Ponds are water Blast permit is rqd to respond in 50 day of filing so will know that sooner than 3 months and we’re into March and whazzup with San Felix $4 mil due? At worst we sell our 1/2 again while making shaft 2 oz ton. So… where’s the problem . All in frappin details and time time time.
One thing we do know? Dealing with a CEO with guts! More important than mine so I echo his comments. Worst case is a resale AND the lost
“On March 24, 2014, the Company resigned as the operator of the Joint Venture with Minerals La Negra S. de R.L. de C.V. and Trinidad Pacifica S. de R.L. de C.V. and sold 50 shares of the minimum fixed capital stock of Mexus Enterprises S.A. de C.V. to First Pursuit Silver de Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. for the following consideration:
i) | Assumption of $468,000 of accounts payable; |
ii) | Payment of $100,000 and $100,000 on July 2014 and July 2015, respectively, on behalf of the Company to Minerales de Tarchi S. de R.L. de C.V. for lease payments under an exploration agreement; |
iii) | 1,660,000 shares of common stock of Silver Pursuit Resources Limited; and |
iv) | $4,000,000 due on or before March 24, 2015.” |
I’d cut them SOME slack but at a GREAT price. 8

Thanks forthe info Don. Do you think with this news that shares will remain in the sub $.03 range? Do you think that Paul will have any problems hitting the early production #’s (5-6 oz/day at cost of $950), and also being at full production within 30 days? If he can even come close to this, the full production speculation of 2 oz/ton at 25 tons/day (with a cost of only $1,600), is pretty amazing. Of course the question is does he have the cash flow to make all of this happen. I’m seriously considering purchasing some additional shares while it is so low. I would appreciate any and all thoughts you have. I’m sure you may cover all of this on your blog, but just had to ask.
