Now will the real back up please stand up?

Jan 11th  posting here.

“He  did explain the   best back up  in Tucson would be  for  a much smaller partner  in the  shaft  mining alone which would  produce  own funds  to do it all if that’s  his  decision on the offer.   He  does  say compared to what was being  offered  the family before  Mexus  it’s been an enormous  amount more so decision  is  it enough for  what he offers them?

Obviously  it was not!  So what  would  you imagine  a person  turned  down Fresnillo  as insufficient expects to get for  a net smelter share   25% in a  really high grade shaft? And   we   use  our  mining  and recovery equipment?  My guess about  35% to 40%  added value  to the operation. We can expect  a  good  well known name on a JV,  long past experience providing hard rock underground licensed operators  blast  qualified and  net  work of supply and sales  established in the  area S. AZ/  N. Mexico. Sound  about  right?  Mick Dundee’d  say, “NOW tha’s a knife!” 8
