Obviously  something  changed  since  18th “10K signed  and on  time” and  that  would be  the ongoing plans  are awaiting  inclusion somehow or near  same  release time.  Again some  graciously   clue  in  the nonsense  babblers   there is ONE officer  doing  all roles  with a  part time  accountant when is not  doing  casino office  work and  family  former  Water  Works  office  help for  all US matters.  Never  a “Hey  you  take  over, you’re  hired” as  funds  for  that  are not  in  the present sub-.02  game.   Real paid  staff is  the Mexus  Mexico office  and  they do NOT file SEC docs, EVER!  But  hey, some  you  dumb  bunnies  offer  to pay own way and  go shuffle papers.  I bet PT’ll spring  for  chinese  down on  W Grove  corner. There’s  NOT a  whole  lot  there and  precise  reason  there was  where  he  put the  shop.  Off  the main  track but   easy  to reach. Eventually  due to  be a move  but  if  you know Paul? Not too unusual in  a  delayed  10K  except  saying  would  be on  time so I’ve no doubt  is all wrapped in  the  contractual stuff.  When you  know  for  sure lot’s  going  on it  must almost  be  expected  to get  it  straight before  filing and we’ve been assured  several times  recent that  it  will be  very informative. Thus? it damn well better! Can note  box  3  not  checked  so no real  change  from previous  year  means   more time need to prepare not  actually  audit. May be  small as  assuring   them will be  paid from past  experience but much too much relies  on  both filing  and  PR on  contract  so  someone’s able  to advance funds AND  auditors do know  what’s  contained in report.   So we  wait  on both  PR and  10K about  as my  wager back month ago.  Chicken  or  egg? That’s  3  weeks she’s brand new and  you’re   still old news. “It’s complicated”,  but  details  are  the most important  and takes  great  care  to  iron wrinkles.   So…best I can tell  he’s  caught the  big  fish and needed a  bigger  boat built  as  we  watched and  waited”
