Statement in lieu Sched C business loss

In 2017 due to serious health concerns we were forced to accept what our rental property 3822 Oak Cluster Lane would bring in not yet resident approved years long rehab. I was hospitalized with heart problems requiring rest and even more serious medications daily. My wife had gone through 2 hip joint replacements and several right thigh reconstructions causing inability to walk without a cart and unable to climb stairs. It took 18 months ads and searching but we finally found a buyer to complete the appraise for $350,000 and when finished is now in the $400K+ appraisal for a very unusual acre estate size inside the city. Loss was substantial clearing just $183,730 we will carry fwd as a loss on future years income.
